Hannah Goman's death cause is reported to be a car accident precisely hit by a reckless truck driver coming from the opposite direction. 

Goman died in a hospital in Winona due to severe injuries.

The driver of the Silverado that was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 61 was a 35-year-old Winona male.

The Camry's driver, a 21-year-old guy, and another passenger, a 22-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Both are listed as being from Oshkosh on MSP.

The truck driver and a female passenger, both 35 years old and from Winona, were not harmed in the incident.

The road was dry and unusual at the time of the accident, and all people involved were wearing seatbelts.
